This year was the 38th edition of Ballonfiesta Barneveld.
We visited this event on Saturday, August 20, 2022.
Special shapes were also present at this event. Including a large Milkshake with
a hamburger and fries from McDonalds,
a huge Uvo with an alian in the basket, a telephone box, a rabbit, an owl, a
smurf, pricilla and calimero,
a wicked witch, a baby, and the girl Babette, and a super large pirate ship,
The Barneveld's chick and Rocky the dog.
Also a replica of the balloon that crossed the Atlantic Ocean.
The event was well attended, after the balloons we drove back to home but every
evening there was a nightglow.

After the balloons there were a some children's animations in
the middle area.
two clowns giving a little show.
And a balloon shaped like a huge chicken, which you could walk in. This balloon
is too old to be airworthy.
at the same time it was also time to walk around with the model balloons. here
