Grave Ballon Festival

Today we drove to Grave, as we do every year. This two-day event started on Friday evening we attended on Saturday.
Three paragliders flew over the event site.
After the wind had died down a bit, the balloons went up into the air and headed towards the area around Cuijk and Haps.
There were a number of special shapes in between, such as a dog, rabbit, egg, two bears and an acorn, but also Babette the girl.
Below you will first see some overview photos. As you can see, it was a busy event.
After all the balloons were gone, a number of model balloon teams came to show off their balloons.
