After two years of cancellations due to the corona, a Balloon Festival could finally be held in Hardenberg again.
Three evenings in a row was the weather create to fly a balloon and they could take off along the river "de Vecht" at Hardenberg.
This year's was this festival from June 23 to 25, 2022.
We could only be there on Saturday 25th of June in the evening, and could see thirty-two balloons going up into the sky.
including seven special shapes : Calimero, a Baby, A little girl "Babette", a chick, a bear, Vincent van Gogh's head and last but not least the giant pirate ship.
There was also a cloud hopper present.
