Vredefeesten Sint-Niklaas 2022
Because the weather was not very stable, we visited
Sint-Niklaas this year for 2 days because there were some interesting new
balloons for us that we wanted to see.

Friday 02-09-2022 the evening flight was cancelled.
But a number of special shapes and model balloons were displayed.
Saturday 03-09-2022 we drove back to
Sint-Niklaas early in the morning to attend the morning flight.
After the departure of the last balloon, we drove through the area where we were
able to photograph a few balloons along the way.
We also encountered the diver balloon on the way.
Which we saw land next to the village of Clinge just across the border in the
Netherlands.
There we helped the balloon team Siebel to neatly store the balloon back in the
bag. And after that we drank a nice Warsteiner beer together.
In the evening we went back to Sint-Niklaas to experience the evening flight,
but that evening flight was also cancelled.
And they also showed a number of balloons on the display.
