Twente Ballooning

On Saturday August 27, 2022 we left for "Het Hulsbeek" in Oldenzaal to visit Twente Ballooning 2022.
The weather seemed good, only the wind was still a big doubt when we decided to make the journey for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
But that's the risk of the balloon spot virus.
After arriving safely it was already very busy in the park and the balloon teams were allready on the take-off area
for waiting to see if they could take to the air or not.
After the last briefing it became clear that the wind was actually a bit too strong, but in order not to spoil the fun, the pilots who knew the area well decided to choose the airspace.
However, this does mean that not all the hot air balloons we had hoped for went into the air.
The weather was gray so we couldn't take the most beautiful pictures,
but we made the best of it to take something home with us and we show you here below this text the photo's
